Every AI agent in Agent Settings (tblRiSakPTB4cVJSr), organized by department, each with the lead agent that sits on top and the subagents below it — plus the Maestro runtime that holds it all together. Click any agent for detail. Dashed = proposed (doesn't exist yet). REC = my recommended add.

Layer 01 · The Human
Jess — Founder & CEO
Final approver · strategy · investor & VIP relationships
Layer 02 · Office of the CEO
Company-wide oversight agents
Cross-company brains that report straight to Jess — separate from the lead agents that sit on top of each lane below.
Layer 03 · Departments
Each lane, its lead, its subagents
The teal card at the top of every column is the lead agent. Subagents sit below. Sales is trimmed; Lead Gen moved to Marketing; Marketing now has PR, SEO, PPC (+ two I recommend); Customer Success replaces Account Manager.
The Spine
RUNTIME
Maestro — the shared runtime every agent rides
Maestro is not a boss agent — it's the nervous system underneath all of them. Every agent writes its work into one shared queue, Claude drafts the response, and a human reviews it in one place (Hub v2) with the same 6 actions. This is the "brain that holds it all" in the technical sense: shared store + shared review surface + shared rules.
01
Agents produce
Each agent / n8n generates a task — junk job, invoice, follow-up.
02
Ingest
POST /api/queue/ingest tagged by source.
03
Shared store
One DynamoDB queue holds every agent's tasks.
04
Claude drafts
Bedrock writes in each agent's Voice Profile.
05
Hub v2 review
Human approves / edits / escalates — 6 universal actions.
06
Audit + alerts

SSOT (Agent Settings + Workflows) is the config brain — every agent reads its persona, rules and guardrails from there. Maestro is how the work flows; SSOT is what each agent knows.
The Takeaway
Two things sit "on top," not one — and they're easy to conflate.
①The leads — one agent (or human) sitting on top of each lane. Live today: Madison (CMO) and Sales Manager (in dev). Missing: a CFO over Frank and an Ops lead over the whole ops lane — Junk, Solutions, Facilities, Vendors, Transport, R3 (Joan runs it by hand today). That's the build gap.
②Maestro — the shared plumbing every subagent already rides. It routes and holds the work, but it doesn't manage quality or strategy. The leads do that.
