Bedrock AgentCore runtimes

  • • Hermes · ACP · mcp-airtable · mcp-sales-context
  • • AgentCore Gateway + Bedrock Guardrails

Build & registry

  • • ECR — container images
  • • CodeBuild — self-hosted GHA runner (ci_runner)

Identity & secrets

  • • Cognito — client portal auth
  • • Secrets Manager — development/hv-hub-v2/*
  • • IAM task roles

Routing gotcha

  • • ALB matches the maestro + agent path prefixes BEFORE the API
  • • those requests never reach the API

Email

  • • SES identity (ses_identity) for outbound
  • • senders: maestro_sender · outbound_sender
